UC PREMIER Competitive Assessment Form

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to assessment time for check-in. Players must wear shin guards and cleats and bring a soccer ball and water to the assessment days. Plan to fill-out a form if you did not registered online.

All teams train two to three times a week, with games on the weekends and occasionally during the week. Players are expected to commit to all training sessions and games.

Assessments will be a combination of short sided and large sided games. Players will be evaluated on the technical and tactical skills as well as physical abilities. Each age group will have at least 2 assessment sessions with additional assessments at the discretion of the coach.

Team representatives will contact your family about the result of your son/daughters assessment. This could be an open invitation to join the team or provide other options, such as recreation play, skill clinics or UC Premier Academy, for your son/daughter’s development of soccer.

Commitments

UC Premier’s Soccer Program and its players make a mutual one-year commitment, which lasts until the assessment period the following year. While you are playing at UC Premier, we ask that you give careful consideration to absences so that the effect on other players is minimized. Regular attendance at practice sessions is encouraged.

UC Premier expects players who represent the club to maintain high standards of personal behavior both on and off the field. We place great importance on academics and expect players to organize their activities to accommodate both schoolwork and soccer at high levels of achievement. We look to parents to ensure that their UC Premier players reach games and practices on time, to attend with a positive attitude, and to participate in the running of the Club in some capacity.
