The 2024-25 NorCal Premier Competitive Tryout window has concluded. However, if a player is still interested in being assessed to be placed on a UC Premier competitive team, please submit this form and someone from our coaching team will reach out with further information.

Note: This form should only be used to request assessment for our competitive program (boys and girls born 2006 through 2017). For players born 2018 through 2021, please check out our available Recreational Programs.
