RECREATION:
Boys and girls who are born on or between 1/1/2010 – 12/31/2018 are eligible to join the Recreational U6-U14 program. Registration includes a minimum of eight matches, practice twice a week and a new full uniform (please make sure correct size is entered at registration). In addition, all players will receive a participation award at the end of the season. Tentative Season dates April 2024- June 2024.

Boys are girls who are born between 1/1/2019-12/31/2020 are eligible to join our Minis program. Registration for Minis include one practice a week for eight weeks, a minis T-shirt, and participation award.

Practice times and location are assigned after registration closes and coaches have been assigned.

2024 Spring Registration Fee Refund Policy

The Union City Youth Soccer League’s Board of Directors has agreed to the following REFUND POLICY to be fair and equitable to the player, parent(s) and League. The following policy is effective with the registration for the 2024 Spring season and thereafter. With the number of players registered in UCYSL it is necessary to put this policy in writing, to be read.

  • Medical Refund – A full refund will be issued if a player is unable to participate for medical reasons. To qualify for a medical refund, a note from a physician will need to state that the player cannot participate in soccer activities and must be submitted with the refund request. Players that suffer medical injuries (i.e. season ending injuries) may be eligible for refund subject to refund request review by UCYSL board on case-by-case basis.
  • Placement Failure Refund. A full refund will be issued if the Club is unable to place the player on a team.
  • Any late fees or fundraising monies paid to UCYSL are non-refundable and will not be included when determining refunds.
  • No refund requests will be considered at any time during the season due to differences between fields, players, coaches, parents and team parents, players deciding they no longer want to play, etc. Friend/Team/Coach request is NOT guaranteed.
