In response to the cancellation of the spring 2020 seasons, the Club is offering At-Home programming. The May program is divided up into 3 age groups – U4-U8, U9-U12, and U13-U19.
The U4-U8 program includes 3 session outlines per week, with separate challenges for U4-U6 and U6-U8.
The U9-U12 and U13-U19 programs include 2 session outlines per week for up to 6 days of activities. Both programs also include physical challenges as part of the session plans.
Each program also includes links to videos describing each activity, to support parent involvement.
