Dear UC Premier / UCYSL families –

We hope that you are staying safe and are well during this stressful period. With the uncertainty as to when we can resume organized group training sessions and game activities with our players and coaches, we want to be able to provide some options for players to work on their physical and soccer skills.

Over the next few weeks, we will be posting drills, games, and physical challenges that players can work on – some individual, and others (hopefully) with a sibling or parent. Some of the material has been selected from publicly available sources such as YouTube, other material has been created specifically for our programs in alignment with our club curriculum and objectives.

Our goal is to keep our players physically active until we can return to our normal schedules. Competitive team coaches will be reaching out over the next few days to check in, answer questions, and provide guidance on individual and team objectives.

Please take into account all local, state, and federal direction regarding social interactions and steps to prevent spread of COVID-19 when performing club recommended activities. The CDC web site – cdc.gov – has the most up-to-date information.

Feel free to contact our Technical Director Scott Schoenthal with any questions regarding club programming – td@ucysl.org
